The HYONYEO FOUNDATION’s scholarship fund and arts education programs pave the way to a brighter future for Asian American young adults.
We strive to optimize equity distribution by providing access to resources that are often inaccessible within our immigrant community.
HYONYEO FOUNDATION’s generous sponsors, donors, and volunteers are instrumental in empowering those we serve through community engagement and collaboration.
An inclusive society based on meritocracy creates innovation and social cohesion that benefits everybody.
Many first-generation immigrant families struggle to afford higher education due to financial constraints. But education is often seen as a pathway to socioeconomic advancement.
The HYONYEO SCHOLARSHIP FUND is an investment in education that contributes to long-term economic stability and prosperity for both the individual and their community.
HYONYEO scholarships are funded by donors and organizations which demonstrate solidarity and support for immigrant families. It sends a message of inclusivity and recognition of the value that immigrants bring to society.
Together, we provide Asian American young adults with access to education, opportunities for advancement, and the support they need to achieve their dreams.
The HYONYEO FOUNDATION Magazine Production Program is a multifaceted learning experience for young adults to develop practical skills essential for personal and professional development in a collaborative space.
Led by an Advisory Council of noteworthy magazine editors and literary professionals, this program is designed to nurture creativity as participants learn industry best practices of an entire production lifecycle to create quarterly issues.
They will develop skills in areas of graphic design, writing and editing, research, project management, marketing and promotion, digital literacy, critical thinking, resilience and adaptability.
The HYONYEO FOUNDATION Mentorship Program offers young adults invaluable mentorship, skill development, networking, and guidance to accelerate their growth and success in the art, design, and fashion industry.
Mentees gain insider perspective and enhance artistic skills through personalized instruction from experienced professionals. They access valuable networking opportunities, connecting with potential collaborators and career prospects.
Interacting with successful creatives inspires mentees to strive for excellence. Ongoing support empowers mentees to believe in their abilities and pursue their goals with confidence.
